I created this because I used to live in Project Panic™.
The 1 A.M. thought spirals.
The tight chest.
The constant feeling that something was wrong, even when nothing was.
And most solutions felt:
Too complicated.
Too slow.
Or might work… someday.
So I started studying what actually happens inside us when stress and anxiety take over...
I wanted to understand how it works.
How the stress loop turns on.
And more importantly, what helps it turn off.
Once I saw anxiety for what it really is:
An activated stress loop.
Things started to change.
I stopped trying to think my way out of it, and started working with the body instead.
That’s how this program was born.
